Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email, and authentication identifiers provided through Logto or third-party SSO.
- Agency configuration, proposal content, and files you upload to customize deliverables.
- Usage analytics that help us understand feature adoption and improve platform reliability.
How We Use Information
- Deliver core proposal generation features, notifications, and administrative dashboards.
- Train safety and detection systems that prevent misuse and maintain compliance obligations.
- Provide customer support, billing, and product communications that you can manage in settings.
Data Sharing & Storage
- Prop Gen does not sell personal data. We only share information with subprocessors that power hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics.
- All production data is stored in encrypted Firebase and Polar infrastructure with access logged and limited to authorized personnel.
- Customer content can be exported or deleted on request. Backup retention follows a 30-day rolling window.
Your Controls
- Update profile information, notification preferences, and connected integrations from the in-app settings.
- Submit privacy inquiries or deletion requests by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
- Disable analytics cookies at any time through the cookie disclosure banner or browser settings.
